Food Pairing Sunset Cruise

At 18.30 - A 10 minute safety briefing follows by a traditional welcome treat - Greek mastiha with a “submarine” sweet.

After the beginning of the cruise, you will have a tasting selection. That is Tsipouro and Ouzo with dolmadakia. Also you can taste Cretan barley bread topped with Greek mizithra cheese.

After a refreshing swim at Hydrousa, a three-course experience will be served:
  • Appetizer: Greek retsina accompanied my marinated garfish and tabbouleh with bulgur and fresh herbs, presented in small bowls
  • Main Course: White wine paired with traditional Greek moussaka
  • Sweet Finale: D’lfestia (D’asti) wine served with orange pie and Greek halva

At about 21.15 we will arrive at Aegina until 22.30

As we sail back, enjoy a long drink or a homemade lemonade, accompanied by fresh topped with Aegina pistachios
