- Be on time! The boat departs promptly and will not wait for late arrivals.
- For the safety and well-being of passengers and crew, the captain reserves the right to alter the route and schedule.
- Our tour relies on good weather conditions. If adverse weather leads to a cancellation, you’ll have the option of rescheduling or receiving a full refund. Remember, weather on land might differ from conditions at sea.
- In the event of non-ideal weather conditions, if the port authority deems it safe and permits the vessel to set sail, both the booking and the cruise will remain valid. Under these circumstances, no refunds will be issued. However, the company reserves the right to make exceptions and may decide to issue a refund at its discretion.
- No pets allowed on board.
- Cancel up to 72 hours prior to the date of the experience for a full refund.
